Challenges
Given the large roof surface and Mysore’s climatic conditions, the project required a roofing solution that offered reliability, visual consistency, and ease of maintenance. 511-Leather 3-Tab Rectangular shingles were chosen for their classic appearance, uniform pattern, and proven weather resistance.
Surface preparation was carried out using TEGOLA Primer (S)-25 to ensure proper adhesion and substrate stability before shingle installation. The nailing method allowed precise control over alignment and fastening, ensuring a clean and uniform finish across all roof sections.
