The total roof area measured 4,000 sq. ft., requiring a combination of waterproofing and premium roofing shingles installation to ensure durability, aesthetics, and long-term protection.
The installation was executed using the Torching Method, a highly reliable application technique for advanced waterproofing layers. This method enhances membrane adhesion and improves resistance against leaks, temperature fluctuations, and extreme weather conditions.

Uneven Roof Surface: Initial inspection revealed surface inconsistencies, affecting membrane alignment.
Climate Exposure During Work: Intermittent weather posed a potential delay and risk to material performance.

Solutions
The team applied TEGOLA PRIMER (S)-25 to stabilize the substrate, ensuring a clean and well-bonded base for waterproofing installation.
Work was strategically scheduled during dry hours, with protective covering to safeguard installed sections, ensuring flawless adhesion.
With expert application using the Torching Method, the team ensured perfect overlap, sealing, and layout, resulting in a clean and visually appealing finish.
